This week, we were heartened to see Governor Gavin Newsom sign AB 392 into law authored by Assemblymember Shirley Weber. California now has one of the country’s toughest pieces of legislation limiting police officers’  use of force and preserving life. Congratulations to the families and advocates that fought so fiercely for this important win. 

Coming Up

On November 10, Power California will host Our Future Fest, a music, art, and action festival for young people who care about the future of our communities, our planet, and our democracy in Los Angeles.
