Welcoming two new team members!

We are so excited to share that we have added two team members to Change Consulting, both of whom will be joining us as communications directors.

Carrie Crespo-Dixon - Communications Director - Earned & Digital Media and Storytelling

Carrie Crespo-Dixon is a communications professional with over two decades of experience working both in-house and on the agency side. Carrie is particularly passionate about racial equity, social justice and civic engagement both locally and nationally.

In 2012, she had the unique opportunity to work on the Obama campaign, acting as Deputy Director of the first ever Tech Field Office in San Francisco.  In 2016, Carrie joined Make Oakland Better Now!, a grassroots civic organization as the second woman of 12 board members and will be assuming the role as Board President from the founder of the organization in April 2020.  Carrie’s most significant contribution to the board has been in support of the establishment of a Police Commission for the city of Oakland. In 2019 she completed a Master’s of Science in Digital Marketing. In 2020, she was appointed to the Budget Advisory Commission for Oakland.

Her goal is to pursue a role as a change agent through storytelling that leverages traditional and digital mediums. Connect with Carrie on Twitter: @CrespoGirl.
